<details>

Tax Options

**What does Tax do?**

Tax is applied once the token migrates to Uniswap, after the bonding curve sale is complete. There is no tax on the Buzz platform itself—only a trading fee. Once on Uniswap, tax is charged on both buy and sell transactions. The taxed tokens are sent to the token contract for controlled liquidation upon threshold activation on buys and sells and done so with minimal effect on the chart. 33% of the tax is allocated to Buzz investments, which supports future airdrops and strengthens $BUZZ liquidity. The remaining 66% goes to the token creator, incentivizing them to market the token, reduce the likelihood of rugging, and give the community the best chance of success. Additionally, tax helps mitigate the impact of early bots, snipers, and jeets.
**Why Tax?**

The primary reason for tax is to provide the token creator with resources for marketing, listing fees (e.g., on Dextools, Dexscreener), paid promotions, and dedicating more time to growing the token’s success. It's a massive incentive to push every beast ca to fully bond and give eevery token the best chance of success. However, not all creators reinvest into their projects. That’s why Buzz allocates 33% of all the tax generated from Uniswap listings, to the BUZZ Investments, ensuring that value is returned to the ecosystem through loyalty rewards, liquidity support, and supercharging future airdrops of $BUZZ.
**When is Tax Applied?**

Tax is activated after the bonding curve sale is complete and liquidity is provided on Uniswap. There is no tax during the bonding curve sale—tax only begins once the token has migrated to Uniswap.

\
**How Tax?**

All tax options work in a similar time frame, in 3 distinct phases, automated:

* Phase 1: 0 - 5 mins - High tax of variant
* Phase 2: 5 - 20 mins - Low tax of variant
* Phase 3: 20+ mins Tax Zeroed out, indefinitely.

**Tax option 1:**

* Phase 1: 0 - 5 mins - 10 / 10 buy and sell
* Phase 2: 5 - 20 mins - 5 / 5 buy and sell
* Phase 3: Tax Zeroed out, indefinitely.

**Tax option 2:**

* Phase 1: 0 - 5 mins - 5 / 5 buy and sell
* Phase 2: 5 - 20 mins - 2.5 / 2.5 buy and sell
* Phase 3: Tax Zeroed out, indefinitely.

**Tax option 3:**

* Phase 1: 0 - 5 mins - 2.5/ 2.5 buy and sell
* Phase 2: 5 - 20 mins - 1.25 / 1.25 buy and sell
* Phase 3: Tax Zeroed out, indefinitely.

**Tax option 4:**

* No tax.

Max Buy Options

**What does Max Buy do?**

Max Buy sets a limit on the amount any single wallet can purchase during both the bonding curve sale and the first 15 minutes of DEX listing (on Uniswap). This prevents any one participant from dominating the initial sale, ensuring a more balanced distribution.
**Why Max Buy?**

Max Buy is designed to encourage fair distribution, limiting the amount any one individual or entity can accumulate early on. This helps create a healthier token ecosystem, reducing the chances of one party holding too much influence over the token’s early market. By ensuring broader participation, it supports long-term growth and stability.

Option 1: Activated

* 1% max buy during Bonding curve sale (whilst the token is bought & sold on Buzz)
* 1% max buy during first 15 mins of Uniswap Listing (whilst the token is bought & sold via Uniswap pair)

Options 2: Not activated

* No max buy during bonding curve or Uniswap sale.
